Roasted Garlic and Pepper Potatoes

2 Tbsp Twist’d Q™ Roastin’ Garlic All Purpose Rub (Currently in stores as American Royal Garlic Pepper Rebel Rub)
4 large baking potatoes
3/4 cup olive oil


  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Wash and peel potatoes.
  3. Cut slices 1/4 inch apart one-half way through potatoes.
  4. Coat potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle on Roastin’ Garlic Rub.
  5. Place in an oven proof baking dish and pour remaining olive oil in dish.
  6. Bake for 1-hour, basting potatoes with olive oil one-half way through cooking. Bake until tender.
