2 Quart Pitcher

BBQ Bloody Mary Mix Ingredients
4 Cups Tomato Juice
4 Tbsp Lemon Juice, fresh squeezed
1 tsp Worcestershire Sauce
2 tsp Horseradish, prepared
4 Tbsp Twist’d Q™ Smokin’ Applewood All-Purpose Rub
2 tsp Sherry, Dry
2 Tbsp Pabst Blue Ribbon™ or a similar style of beer
1 Cup Vodka

Assembly Ingredients
4 Ea Celery Ribs with leaves
1 Ea Lime
5 3/4 Cups BBQ Bloody Mary Mix

BBQ Bloody Mary Mix
1.) Combine all ingredients in a large pitcher and stir until the spices are thoroughly mixed in.

2.) Chill the BBQ Blood Mary Mix in refrigerator for a minimum of 4 hours.

1.) Trim celery stalks, leaving leaves on.

2.) Cut lime into wedges lengthwise.

3.) Stir BBQ Bloody Mary Mix well to re-combine ingredients.

4.) Pour into glasses.

5.) Garnish each glass with a celery rib and a fresh lime wedge.

6.) Add a piece of cooked bacon, if desired.

7.) Serve immediately.


*Any brand of dry sherry or vodka can be used.
