Pub Cheese Spread w/ Twist’d Q Bangin’ Chophouse Burger Seasoning
12 ounces Cheddar Cheese
4 ounces Cream Cheese
½ cup mild beer, such as a lager
1 Tbsp. Bangin’ Chophouse Burger Seasoning
Break cheddar cheese into chunks and place in a food processor. Pulse to break into small pieces. Add remaining ingredients and puree until completely smooth. Serve with french bread or chips. Spread on toasted Burger Buns.
Bangin’ Chophouse Burgers with Pub Cheese
4 burger patties (about 6 oz. each)
4 hamburger buns toasted

Yellow onions sliced this
Mayonnaise as needed
Prepare grill to medium heat (about 350 – 400 F)
Season burgers evenly on top and let stand for about 15 minutes.
Grill burgers to an internal temperature of 150 degrees.
While burgers are grilling, toast buns.
Spread mayonnaise on the bottom bun, then add burger. Top with onion and tomato. Spread a healthy amount of Pub Cheese Spread w/ Twist’d Q Bangin’ Chophouse Burger Seasoning on top bun and serve.
